Returns & Exchanges

At The Shirt Company, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
